  • Is the output voltage of our inverter stable?

    Absolutely. Our inverter is designed with a good regulator circuit. You can even check it when measuring the true value by a multimeter. Actually the output voltage is quite stable. Here we need make a especial explanation: many customers found it is unstable when using conventional multimeter to measure voltage. We can say the operation is incorrect. Ordinary multimeter can only test pure sine waveform and calculate datas.
  • What should be noticed when installing inverter?

    Put the product in a place where is well ventilate,cool, dry and water-proof. Please do not stress and do not put foreign objects into the inverter. Remember to turn on the inverter before turn on the appliance.
  • What is the inductive load appliances?

    It refers to the application of electromagnetic induction’s principle, produced by high-power electrical products, such as motor type,compressors, relays, fluorescent lamps, electric stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, energy saving lamps, pumps, etc. These products’power are far more than the rated power (about 3-7 times) when start. So only pure sine wave inverter is available to them.e them successfully.
  • What's the difference between pure sine wave inverter and modified sine wave inverter?

    Pure sine wave output inverter is just as good as the Public power grid. Even better. Low repaired rate, long lifespan, Without harmonic pollution,  enviromental-friendly and appliances protected. Modified sine wave output has a negative impact on appliances and can't load inductive load, such as air contition, refrigerator and etc. Certain motor control circuits don't like the modified wave.
  • Can you make customized products and customized packing?

    Yes.We made a lot of customized products for our customer before.
    And we made many moulds for our customers already. About customized packing,we can put your Logo or other info on the packing.
  • How to choose an inverter?

    Determine what the battery voltage is, and what is the capacity of the battery? If your battery output voltage is 12V.you have to choose a 12V inverter. The size of the battery will directly affect the size of the charger. The laeger the battery,the more electrical appliances it can carry.Such as 12Vbattery *60AH capacity *0.8 conversion rate + 576W or less can be brought.
  • How connection between batteries and an inverter?

    We usually believe that cables connecting battery terminal to inverter shorter is better. If you are just standard cable should be less than 0.5M, but should correspond to the polarity of the batteries and inverter-side outside. If you want to lengthen the distance between battery and inverter, please contact us and we will calculate the recommended cable size and length. Due to long distances using a cable connection, there will be a reduced voltage, which means that the inverter voltage would be far below the battery terminal voltage, this inverter will appear under voltage alarm conditions.
  • How do I choose the size of the inverter ?

    Different types of load demand for power are different. You can view the load power values to determine the size of the inverter.
    Notice: resistive load: you can choose the same power as the load. Capacitive loads: according to the load, you can choose 2-5 times power.
